TCSRD in the field of Sports

Whether in  metropolitan cities or rural areas in Okhamandal, Kalyanpur or Porbandar, the youth of India are thoroughly motivated by sports. Our efforts in the field of sports for the rural youth are bringing people together, providing the youth a much-awaited platform and helping them lead a healthy lifestyle.

Sports Initiatives undertaken:

Para-Sports Training

The Para-Sports Training Programme by TCSRD is a commendable initiative aimed at the empowerment and upliftment of persons with disabilities (PwD). The core objective is to foster an inclusive environment, allowing them to explore their potential in competitive sports, thereby enhancing their self-esteem and social integration.

The training extends to rural and semi-urban regions in the Okhamandal and Porbandar blocks, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for those residing in these geographically disadvantaged areas.

With meticulous training and unwavering commitment, this initiative enables them to:

  • Compete in various para-sports events
  • Play at regional and national levels
  • Pursue potential sporting careers
  • Challenge societal barriers
  • Live an active, healthy & independent life
  • Integrate  with the mainstream sports community
